WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (March 4, 2011) – West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center announced today the first in a series of podcasts covering topics related to long-term nursing care, Alzheimer’s care, and short-term rehabilitation. The first podcast, titled, “Nursing Home Considerations,” is an interview with Avon Health Center’s Director of Admissions, Jackie Blaine.
The podcast covers items such as when nursing care might be appropriate, potential problems with home health care, and what to look for in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
