- I want to take a moment to thank the Unit Manager in charge of the Bliss A Unit at West Hartford Rehab.I have a loved one who recently underwent a very serious surgery, and while recovering at the facility, she had some concerns about her care. I addressed those concerns with the Unit Manager, Tracy S.Not only did Tracy listen, but she was patient, kind, compassionate, and addressed the issue immediately. Afterward, my loved one reported that she had not experienced the issue again.Thank you, Tracy S.I understand how challenging your job can be, and I truly appreciate nurses and healthcare professionals who still genuinely care about the residents entrusted to them. It is one thing to be professional, but it is something altogether different to be kind, compassionate, and willing to listen.Your response made a difference, and it did not go unnoticed.Thank you again for caring.

- My first time visiting West Hartford Health and Rehab I was very pleased with the staff and their interaction with the residents. My wife has a window view of lots of beautiful birds.
- Mom is currently there for rehab services. The staff are attentive, professional and friendly. Mom is enjoying the meals and having a very positive experience.
- My mother falls often due to a weak left hip, goes out when standing. Her ears are blocked and she falls from that also. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The first time we got real help in the last three years. Food is excellent and always fresh and healthy.
