For those who prefer specialized medical treatment for the resident's end of life care, West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center offers Hospice services in collaboration with several area hospice providers.

We embrace the philosophy of Hospice care in order to improve the quality of a resident’s last days by offering comfort and dignity to them and their families.
